A plan for this request

Specialist intelligence. One coordinated workspace.

Mantis 1.5Inthon 1.5Lanna 1.5Kalae 1.5
Mantis, Inthon, Lanna, and Kalae are the program’s text-model identities. Execution depends on configured providers, available tools, scope, and consent.

Less explaining. More understanding.

Type a request or mention a specialist. Attach the file you choose, clarify what is missing, and keep the scope visible before execution.

@Rio Turn this sales file into a report. Confirm the date range, currency, and refund handling first.

A shared understanding, before the first task.

A crew with defined responsibilities.

Automic coordinates. Milo researches, Pip creates, Nori reviews legal questions, Nova supports engineering, and Rio works with business data.

Type it. Or talk it through.

The desktop Dynamic Island supports dictation, multilingual speech, and personal vocabulary. Voice capture stays separate from intentional execution.

You stay in the loop.

Review file access, provider sharing, and the task budget. External sending, publishing, and deployment are not connected in the current engine.

Familiar faces. Different ways of thinking.

A clear role for everyone. One point of contact for you.

Automic

Chief of Staff

Clarifies your goal, coordinates specialist handoffs, and brings the work back to you.

Milo

Research & Intelligence

Researches questions and synthesizes sources. Grounded search needs a configured engine and your permission.

Pip

Creative & Media

Shapes stories, creative drafts, and presentations. Image tools are optional; video execution is not available.

Nori

Legal & Compliance

Reviews supplied contract text, privacy questions, and risks. Consequential legal work needs professional review.

Nova

Engineering & Operations

Drafts and explains code from the context you supply. Repository edits, test runs, and deployments are not connected.

Rio

Finance & Business Intelligence

Analyzes selected sales spreadsheets with confirmed mappings, verified totals, and traceable report outputs.

These are the team’s roles, not live activity. Tasks depend on your engine and connected tools.

From a thought to a finished handoff.

One request. A few different minds. Something you can open.

What is Automic Flow?

Automic Flow is a desktop AI workspace with Companion chat, specialist crews, task-specific Team rooms, My Work, Files & Creations, and local Calendar planning. Automic acts as Chief of Staff. Voice dictation remains a separate desktop feature.

Who does what in the crew?

Automic coordinates; Milo handles research and intelligence; Pip handles creative and media work; Nori supports legal and compliance; Nova supports engineering and operations; Rio handles finance and business intelligence. A role describes responsibility, not permission or guaranteed tool availability.

Which intelligence models are in the program?

The source defines Mantis 1.5 for Automic, Nova, and Rio; Inthon 1.5 for Milo; Lanna 1.5 for Pip’s text work; and Kalae 1.5 for Nori. These are public identities backed by configured providers, not independent model benchmarks. Atlas and Argus are image/video identities; they do not establish working image/video execution.

What can I create or open?

The configured local engine can create new DOCX, PPTX, TXT, XLSX, and standard-font PDF artifacts under scoped consent. Selected PDF/DOCX reading is supported without OCR. Sales CSV/XLSX workflows require confirmed columns, period, currency, and refund handling. PDF output has typography limits; use DOCX or TXT for unsupported scripts. The app creates revised copies rather than editing source files in place.

What is still unavailable?

The current engine has no connected repository editing, code runner, test runner, deployment, external Calendar sync, or Teams sending. Nova can draft code as text. Calendar is local planning. Video execution is unavailable. Optional image tooling needs separate configuration and permission. External action dispatch is not enabled merely by approving a demo.

Is this the actual desktop app?

This page recreates parts of the repository UI as an animated mock with sample data. It does not call a model, access local files, use a microphone, or provide a live desktop session. Web account preferences remain separate. The desktop app distinguishes Demo from its configured local engine.
